To just say this product enhances flavor to almost everything you cook, is the understatement of all time. The first time I was made aware of this product was at a small, family owned and operated butcher shop/deli. I went there to purchase a couple of cuts of beef, and noticed it on a shelf. I casually inquired about the 5.5 oz jar with one of the ladies behind the counter, and she said, it was very good on just about everything, so I bought one and brought it home, I grilled the steaks that night, using a liberal shake on them both, and when served, the steaks were magnificent-er. It added a whole new dimension to my cooking game, The following day, I went back to the butcher shop and bought all they had. Every ounce. Use it on melon, or any fruit, vegetables, beef, poultry, pork, mutton, seafood. Great on popcorn, you name it. Solid addition to my seasoning blends. A product I recommend to others with no second thoughts.
